The cytoplasm is the filling of the cell and gives the cell its shape, the cytoplasm keeps all the organells in place and helps the cell move things around. The cytoplasm is mostly made out of water and salt, the cytoplasm is importante because because everything happens in it. If we did'nt have the cytoplasm the cell would be droupy and nothing could pass throw the organells.
